  8. Understand what they aren’t saying as much as what they are
  9. Stay cool patient
  10. Negotiating successfully for everything you want at the beginning
  11. Find out exactly what they want
  12. Cont make concession trade them
  13. Create more variable-discount, delivery, payment and stages e.t.c
  14. Go for the best deals you can possibly justify
